What if I am not sure what size I need to order?

All our robes are created custom, so you can choose any size, after receiving an order our team representative will email you to get your measurements and height to create a custom robe, bodysuit, or pajamas that fit perfectly.

 

Can I customize my robe ( longer train, change sleeves, change material, etc.)?

Yes, we can create customizing. Please contact us by email at info@voirbride.com or on the Instagram page voir.bride.

 

How long it takes to get my order?

All our items are 100% handmade that's why the Estimated shipping time is 2-4 weeks. If you need it sooner than 2 weeks, contact us by email: at info@voirbride.com or Instagram.

 

How Do I Change My Delivery Address?

Please contact us as soon as you realize you need to change the delivery address as once it is shipped we cannot change the address. Contact Customer Service ( email info@voirbride.com) Immediately!

 

How Do I Cancel An Order?

We offer Free shipping on all orders in Australia and New Zealand, and to all others, countries express shipping cost 50$.
